Launch and Retirement Party

On Saturday, September 6th, we celebrated the launch of this ministry and my retirement from the Proponent

. Many of you came to see the coach and chat. Veronica made the event extra special with wonderful decorations and delicious food. It was a great opportunity for friends to catch up, and I witnessed many smiles and hugs.

We held a contest to name the motor coach. While some suggestions were outright hilarious (courtesy of my closest friends), others seemed to be competing to see how many names they could submit. Reading all the entries was entertaining, and most were quite good, with a few being truly brilliant. The winning entry came from Micah, who suggested "Barbara," which was my mother's name, though Micah wasn't aware of this. If you look up the name "Barbara," you'll see it's the perfect fit for the motor coach.
